START OF PRODUCTION OF GREEN PASTURE EGGS

At Svenslund Farm in Götene, Lotta and David Hallespjut are taking the next step towards a sustainable future by starting a small-scale production of green pasture eggs. With the help of a mobile chicken house and natural crop rotation, the soil's nutrients will be utilized while the hens can express their natural behaviors.

The goal is to create a local product of high quality, where both animal welfare and the environment are at the center. Through local sales, personal customer relationships, and collaboration with retailers, the farm aims to contribute to a vibrant countryside and strengthened food supply.
