WE ARE FARMERS
We, Country Builders, are an initiative to strengthen rural businesses through entrepreneurship, collaboration and innovation.
We highlight driven entrepreneurs, build networks and create conditions for growth and new collaborations in Northwest Skaraborg.
Our workshop series – idea development for rural visionaries with Drivhuset – starts in February. It consists of three parts and there are a limited number of places.
Entrepreneurs, enthusiasts and enthusiasts
Country builders shape the place where they live and work. They let their drive and passion guide them, and they want to share their reality with others and inspire more people to dare to take the step to follow their dreams.
In the project we want to
Building a vibrant community where entrepreneurs inspire each other, share knowledge and drive local development with a focus on sustainability – in how we collaborate, create business and take care of our local resources.
Through targeted efforts in business development, skills enhancement and idea refinement, we take advantage of the power, passion and potential of the place.
- We want to contribute to a positive entrepreneurial climate where ideas, creativity and knowledge are shared in a supportive environment.
- We want to make it easier to dare to start, run and develop businesses in rural areas.
Together we create attractive environments where more people want to live, work and realize their ideas – and build the countryside of the future through opportunities, action and community.
We work with the following three parts to influence, demonstrate opportunities and create a positive attitude towards entrepreneurship in rural areas.

Create meetings
Build networks and business acumen through Landsbyggaredagar to meet and share thematic knowledge areas with a sustainability focus. All in one relaxed and value-creating format.
Idea development
Strengthened entrepreneurship with tools and support to develop and test new products, services and business concepts. Offer financing solutions via Paraply Drivet Företagande – apply for support up to SEK 40,000.
Idea development – workshop
Register your interest in participating in our workshop series with Drivhuset – starting 3/2. Bring an idea that can develop your business and contribute to a vibrant countryside. Deadline for registration 20/1.
