Forms and logos
Here you will find forms that you may need from the project application to the final report. You can also download logos that you need to use during your project and sub-activity.
Most forms are available at the Swedish Board of Agriculture's online store.
Are you looking for a form?
Here you can download the correct logos that you must use to fulfill the information requirement as a beneficiary. The EU logo and the local Leader logo for Leader Northwestern Skaraborg are below.
You can also download templates for volunteer time and on the Swedish Board of Agriculture's website there is an "online store" where most of the forms and templates you may need for your project are collected. This applies when applying for support, during implementation and when reporting in the form of an application for payment.

Use the right logos
All projects that have Leader funding must show this by using the logos below. Download the desired file format, png has a transparent background.
It is important to use the logos correctly. You can read more about them on the Swedish Board of Agriculture's website. guidelines which exists.

Documentation
Ideal time
As a recipient of support, you are responsible for documentation and archiving according to the terms and conditions. Here are templates to use for documentation of volunteer time within your project. When reporting, it is a summary of the total value that is stated in the final report, supporting documents are rarely required, but the information provided must be able to be confirmed if requested.
