Getryggens activity park
The project consists of building a multi-arena with artificial grass for various ball games with the possibility of flooding ice in winter.
About the project
The multi-arena is part of an activity park with several sections that will be open and accessible to all. The park aims to promote spontaneous movement and become a natural attraction for the sports club and the locality. The locality Hova needs to grow, and the project will be an attraction for businesses and individuals. The club also wants to increase the status of the sports venue Movallen.
In a small municipality and a small locality, Hova IF takes great responsibility for activities such as movement fun for the youngest, football, padel, bingo, as well as MTB and exercise tracks. The club's main sport, football, is struggling with decreasing age groups. A completely open facility can help capture young people who come in spontaneously to the area and facilitate integration. About three years ago, the club built a padel hall with successful results. Now they are moving forward in the development with an activity park, where the multi-plan will be the final piece of the puzzle.
Getryggens activity park
A multi-arena will be a fresh central part that is visible to passersby, not only for the new activity park but also for the existing facility. It serves a public benefit for spontaneous play as well as organized football training. We want to strengthen the opportunity for girls and boys to try football, facilitate integration, and hopefully keep them longer in the activity so that more can achieve good exercise and health.
