Development of local honey management
The project consists of renovating the local space and equipment for honey handling to support beekeepers with extraction and bottling honey.
About the project
We are beekeepers today but have neither the space nor the capacity to help other beekeepers with extraction or bottling honey.
The project aims to help local beekeepers with both aspects. This is so that beekeepers can offer customers more locally produced honey instead of sending the honey to buyers from other locations who mix honey from all over Sweden with unnecessary long transports as a consequence.
The project provides both our own operations and other beekeepers in Skaraborg the opportunity for better business development with locally grown Skaraborg honey.
Development of local honey management
We will have a modern and energy-efficient facility, to be able to serve beekeepers with extraction and bottling of honey, as well as have the capacity to develop the business with locally produced honey ourselves.
