Soon Nossan can become a coherent and quality-assured paddling route through four municipalities. The project aims to make the river more accessible for outdoor activities, nature experiences, and local tourism.
About the project
The project Paddle in Nossan will develop a safe and clearly marked paddling route along Nossan through Herrljunga, Vårgårda, Essunga, and Grästorp. Through signage, map materials, information efforts, and collaboration with landowners, associations, and businesses, better conditions for paddling, nature tourism, and outdoor activities are created.
The initiative strengthens the area's attractiveness and makes it easier for both residents and visitors to discover Nossan's natural and cultural environments. At the same time, new opportunities for local tourism, community life, and sustainable development along the watercourse are created.
