The compass connects

Compassen Lidköping is a local association that conducts its activities within Lidköping municipality, the goal of the project is to organize Compassen networks in each municipality. By creating closer and more accessible activities for children and young people with mental health issues, Compassen aims to improve their well-being and promote local collaboration and rural development.

By establishing inclusive meeting places and strengthening the local association life, an environment is created where young people can participate in meaningful activities without having to travel long distances to larger cities. This helps to reduce the gap between urban and rural areas and creates a more equal access to support and community for young people with mental health issues throughout the Skaraborg region.

Compassen Connect

We want to combat mental health issues among young people, reduce stigma, and increase awareness of mental health. We will establish networks, build strong local relationships, create awareness in each municipality, and organize meeting forums and activities.
