Have you received your formal decision on support for your project from the Swedish Board of Agriculture?
Then it is time to participate in our project workshop – implement and apply for payment. It is a digital meeting together with other project owners where we go through the terms and obligations that you must adhere to for the Swedish Board of Agriculture to approve your reporting in connection with the application for payment.
We will also go through what documentation is required and how you should report your expenses in the Swedish Board of Agriculture's e-service. This is only possible when you have received your formal decision on support from the Swedish Board of Agriculture. However, it is important to know what is required so that you can facilitate and prepare your upcoming reporting.
Register your desire to participate to Monica Staudinger via email. You will then receive a calendar invitation and a meeting link to this meeting.
Even if you have already participated in such a meeting but feel that a repetition would be good, you are welcome.
We recommend that more members of the responsible project group participate, preferably the project manager and the financial manager if available in the project organization.
