Have you started your project, incurred expenses, and are ready to apply for payment?
Then it is time to participate in our project workshop – apply for payment. It is a digital meeting together with other project owners where we go through where and how you report your expenses, which documents should be included, and what should be accounted for in connection with these expenses.
It is the Swedish Board of Agriculture that is the controlling administrator and decision-maker of the application for payment. You can apply for partial payment multiple times before it is time for the application for final payment.
We recommend that you start the application for partial payment as soon as you have the opportunity to continue reporting regularly. This is to facilitate the extent for yourself during an application and to speed up the process of having more applications submitted, as well as to secure liquidity since you are out with money and there are long processing times at the Swedish Board of Agriculture.
Register your desire to participate to Monica Staudinger via email. You will then receive a calendar invitation and a meeting link to this meeting.
Even if you have already participated in such a meeting but feel that a repetition would be good, you are welcome.
We recommend that more members of the responsible project group participate, preferably the project manager and the financial manager if available in the project organization.
