We welcome our board members to this LAG board meeting and other invited guests who have received a specific invitation and time on the agenda for project presentation.
The date for the meeting is December 3rd. Location and time for the meeting will be sent separately to those concerned.
Dates for 2026 – please note that they may change:
March 12th, May 21st, October 1st, and December 3rd.
The project applications that are decided upon will either be approved or rejected.
If you as a project applicant are invited to present your idea, you can expect that there will be between 15-20 people in the meeting, physically present and digitally.
The procedure for project applicants is as follows:
- If you have prepared a presentation/PowerPoint, it should be emailed to the leader office no later than the day before.
- You will receive a specified time when you are welcomed into the meeting (physically or digitally is up to you).
- You will have 10 minutes to present your idea and describe what you want to do.
- Followed by 10 minutes allocated for questions from the board members.
- Thereafter, we thank you for your participation and you may leave the meeting.
- The board makes decisions during the day and you will be informed, usually within two subsequent weekdays, by the staff of the leader office.
