In spring 2026, we offer a workshop series in three parts for you who want to develop your business concept, communicate your value more clearly, and create benefits for both your business and the place you operate in.
In collaboration with Drivhuset Skaraborg, We Rural Builders invite you to three practical and inspiring workshops where you will receive support to advance your idea, whether you are just starting out or already running a business.
What do you get?
You will have the opportunity to develop your business related to these parts:
- Target group and needs. Who are you creating value for?
- Business model and revenue. How can you create and charge for that value?
- Collaboration and competition. How can you collaborate and differentiate yourself?
The meetings are based on the Loop method, where you get to test, shape, and refine your ideas. You will take away insights and methods that can be used in several parts of your business.
For whom?
The workshop series is aimed at you who operate in the countryside of Northwestern Skaraborg. You want to develop an idea based on the resources and opportunities of the place. We particularly target you who work in:
- Food production and processing of local food
- Tourism and experiences
- Culture, nature, or services with local anchoring.
Common to the participants is that they want to create value for their customers and for the community.
When: 3/2, 17/2 & 3/3
Time: 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
